1. Product Availability

  • All items listed on our website are subject to availability. Although we strive to keep our inventory updated, occasional discrepancies may occur.
  • If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.
  • Limited-edition or seasonal items may be available for a restricted time and may not be restocked once sold out.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in VND (Vietnamese Dong) or your selected currency and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in supply, manufacturing costs, or market conditions.
  • Prices listed do not include shipping fees, customs duties, or other applicable charges unless stated.

3. Order Confirmation

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email with your order summary.
  • Please review the information carefully. If you notice any errors, contact our customer support team immediately.
  • A second notification will be sent when your order is shipped, including tracking information.

4. Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Customers may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing an order.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
  • For custom or personalized items, once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

5. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional campaigns, discount codes, and seasonal offers are subject to specific terms and timeframes.
  • Only one discount code may be used per transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Promotions may not be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom-made, engraved, or limited-edition items require full payment in advance.
  • These products are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless proven defective upon receipt.
  • Production and delivery times for custom orders may differ from standard items and will be communicated clearly during the checkout process.

7. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

  • We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible with detailed specifications and photos.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting conditions.
  • Minor variations in leather grain or stitching are considered a mark of quality and craftsmanship, not defects.

8. Warranty & Authenticity

  • All products are 100% authentic and handcrafted using premium materials.
  • We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects for all regular-priced items.
  • This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage.

9. Fraud Protection & Risk Management

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Customers may be asked to provide additional identification or confirmation to verify an order.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • All transactions are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
  • Any disputes arising from sales shall be resolved through negotiation. If not resolved, the matter may be submitted to a competent court or mediation body in Vietnam.
